Snow Labourers for Winter Season

Beyond Landscaping Ltd is now taking resumes for the 2025–2026 winter snow removal season!

Are you looking for reliable work through the winter? Do you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hard-working team?
We have the right job for you!

On-call, 24/7 during snow storms (often starting around 3:30 am)

Hard-working, reliable, and flexible with schedule

Physically fit to handle demanding conditions (snow shoveling, salting, lifting)

Team player with a positive attitude

Able to work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions

Willing to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed

Compensation: $50 per day shift bonus on all snow events

Shoveling and salting walkways, stairs, and entryways

Assisting with snow removal alongside equipment operators

Ensuring sites remain safe and accessible for clients

Reporting unsafe conditions when spotted

Helping maintain tools and equipment

Previous snow removal or outdoor labour experience is an asset (but not required)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team

Safety-conscious — working safely is a condition of employment
