- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments following IPAC/CSA standards
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners)
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sterilization monitoring and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized sterilization area
- Restock operatories with required instruments and materials
- Manage sterilization inventory and report shortages
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols
- Assist the clinical team with room turnover and setup
- Support overall clinic flow and efficiency
- Previous experience in a dental clinic or sterilization role is an asset
- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
- Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic processes
