• Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments following IPAC/CSA standards
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners)
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sterilization monitoring and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized sterilization area
• Restock operatories with required instruments and materials
• Manage sterilization inventory and report shortages
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols
• Assist the clinical team with room turnover and setup
• Support overall clinic flow and efficiency

• Previous experience in a dental clinic or sterilization role is an asset
• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic processes
