We encourage licensed new graduates and experienced doctors to apply. Optometrist‑owned and led, we focus on patient care over the bottom line. Many lenses are manufactured in Canada. This position is ideal for an Optometrist seeking full‑scope practice and the chance to pursue specialties of interest.

• Practice full scope and provide some primary care such as eye exams and retail dispensing. Pre‑testing is largely handled by assistants, allowing dedicated time to build relationships with patients and collaborate with the optician and dispensary team.

• Beautiful location in Sechelt and a supportive team of another OD, tech support, front desk, practice manager, and opticians.

• Work/life balance: 3‑4 hour days with flexibility to adjust workload; smart booking groups patients by age to fit time needs.
