Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Insurance Advisor in North Vancouver at our Edgemont location.

Location: North Vancouver, Edgemont, Westland Insurance Group Ltd.

Expected Compensation: $21.80 to $27.25 per hour based on a 28‑hour work week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships.
• Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations.
• Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
• Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.

Qualifications:

• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Building authentic client relationships comes naturally.
• Master time manager, prioritize workload, demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
• Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
• 6 months+ of industry experience.
