. We are seeking a Temporary Community Hospital Pediatrician for a 0.5 FTE position at Lions Gate Hospital. The successful candidate will cover the pediatric ward, attend high-risk and primary care OB deliveries, perform postpartum rounding, manage admissions to the Level 2 nursery (32 weeks and above), handle ER consults and urgent outpatient ward consults, and run a hospital-based clinic (rapid access clinic, with an option for an asthma clinic).

- Run a hospital-based clinic (rapid access clinic; option for an asthma clinic).
- Community clinic coverage ideally 3 days per month (not required but encouraged).
- Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) - Full
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) - Mandatory
- Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) - Desired
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PAL)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program - Required
