We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to support a dynamic outsourced finance department within a fast-growing professional accountancy practice. You’ll manage the day-to-day accounting operations for a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as their go-to contact for all bookkeeping and management accounting queries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values client interaction, and takes ownership of their workload.

Key Duties:

Delivering agreed services across your client portfolio, covering bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns

Serving as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients

Preparing management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and posting journals

Managing your own workflow and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

The Ideal Candidate :
Strong bookkeeping background with solid management accounts and VAT experience

Previous experience within an accountancy practice

Confident using Xero and able to interpret financial information

Ability to work to time budgets and manage multiple client needs

Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
