Apprenticeship – Audit/Accounts/Payroll
TC Group is the fastest-growing top 20 accountancy firm in the UK. We’re business advisors and accountants with over 30 years of experience delivering bespoke support to business owners. We are looking for driven and enthusiastic sixth‑form or college leavers to join our Northampton office as apprentices in Audit, Accounts or Payroll.
About the roleThe role is a fully supported apprenticeship, allowing you to work with a range of businesses, gain experience, and start working towards an internationally recognised qualification (Audit and Accounts – AAT Level 3 followed by ACCA or ACA; Payroll – Payroll Assistant Level 3). You will work as part of a dynamic team, learning how to build strong professional relationships, deliver exceptional client service and take on increasing responsibility.

You are personable, hardworking, and eager to start a career in accountancy. You are an excellent communicator, highly organised with attention to detail, and able to work as part of a team. You are motivated, enthusiastic, and demonstrate drive and initiative.
Requirements- 4 GCSEs at grades 9–4 (A*–C), including English and Maths, or a Level 2 qualification (Merit or Distinction) in a related subject
- Two A‑Levels and three GCSEs (or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills as a minimum
- Highly personable with excellent communication skills
- Organised, efficient with attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team and ask for help
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Driven and able to demonstrate initiative
- Able to reliably commute to the relevant office
