The Accountancy & Finance Division at The ONE Group is partnering with a people‑centric business in recruiting for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. • Process high volume of accounts payable invoices accurately in line with approval workflows.
• Prepare and carry out payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ledgers.
• Support month end close activities, including reconciliations and journals.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries.
• Monitor accounts payable ageing and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation.

• Experience in a high‑volume accounts payable or finance role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solver with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hybrid working with 3 days in the Northampton office and 2 days from home.
