- Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving targets.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and results‑driven with attention to detail.
