The client is a manufacturing platform that utilises cloud technology to provide real‑time visibility across the enterprise. It offers advanced planning, customer management, inventory, execution and intelligence capabilities to help clients increase profitability and productivity. The apprenticeship is based in Northampton.
Possible full‑time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
Responsibilities- Maintain and update CRM records accurately to support lead management, pipeline activity and follow‑up processes.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes and onboarding documents.
- Generate basic sales reports.
- Schedule customer meetings, demos and internal sessions, and prepare agendas, documentation and follow‑up actions.
- Manage multiple calendars and coordinate across teams.
- Support creation and scheduling of marketing content.
- Prepare contact lists and manage CRM campaign tagging; assist in tracking and reporting on marketing performance.
- Support project documentation for customer onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain project timelines and collect required customer data while communicating professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Assist with customer check‑ins and basic support interactions, maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Log feedback and escalated issues appropriately.
- Level 3 Business Administration (Starting Off on the Business Administration Level 3 qualification)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and energetic individual with good IT knowledge, strong communication skills and a passion for learning and development. An interest in technology, manufacturing or business operations is desirable.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, with a one‑hour lunch break.
