Site Manager required for a 02/02/26 start in Northampton - 40 weeks work.
Scope of works will include full re-roofing, full window replacement and full AC replacement on a public building in the area.
Applicants should have relevant experience, in addition to the following tickets:
-SMSTS
-CSCS Black Card
-First Aid
-Fire Marshall
-Asbestos Awareness
-Scaffold Inspection
-PASMA
Day rate will be payable via CIS.
