• Managing retention monies and ensuring payments are in line with contractual agreements.

• Monitoring performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, operational productivity, and commercial performance.

• A background in Quantity Surveying (QS) or a related field, with strong experience in contract management, payment applications, and retention processes.
• Knowledge of managing repairs and maintenance services, ideally within the housing or construction sectors.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
