Our client is a multi-disciplinary contractor with approximately 70 employees and has had a 45% increase in turnover from the previous year. They specialise in high end fast track refurbishment schemes across commercial, retail, and industrial. They are a people orientated business with employees who have worked there for over 20 years, maintaining a collaborative and positive culture that values long‑term relationships.

They are looking for an experienced, team‑minded Quantity Surveyor who is capable of running several fast‑paced schemes valued between £1-5m. The client operates predominantly in the refit and refurbishment of existing buildings, which requires the Quantity Surveyor to consider how project delivery can be affected by operating in live environments and the constraints of existing buildings.

You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with construction / fit‑out experience. Salary up to £65,000.
