Job title: Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist
Reports to: Marketing Director
Location: Hybrid (2–3 office days per week)
What We're Looking ForWe’re looking for a visual creative powerhouse who can design stunning graphics and produce engaging video content. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes design but also knows how to make motion work for digital platforms. You’ll create assets that elevate our brand across campaigns, social media, and events - bringing ideas to life through both static and dynamic visuals.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design:
- Design high-quality assets for social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and infographics.
- Develop brand-consistent templates for repeat use.
Video Production:
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for social media, campaigns, and testimonials.
- Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling.
Brand Stewardship:
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
Core
Skills:
- Exceptional graphic design ability with a strong portfolio.
- Understanding of video editing and motion graphics for digital platforms.
Experience:
- 4+ years in a design-focused role (agency or in-house).
- B2B marketing experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Portfolio showcasing both design and video work required.
- A designer first - someone who obsesses over typography, colour, and layout.
- A creative who can translate ideas into compelling visuals and videos.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and enthusiastic about pushing creative boundaries.
- 22 days holiday plus an extra day for your birthday, increasing to 25 days in your 2nd year
- Death in Service (3 x salary)
