Location: Abington Health Complex, Beech Avenue, Northampton, NN3 2JG

Hours: 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Practice: Dentistry, Redefined – a clinically led dental group focused on high‑quality patient care. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Role Description

The Receptionist will manage appointments, maintain patient records, process payments, and support the dental team. You will also promote dental services and contribute to a friendly practice atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
  • Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
  • Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
  • Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
  • Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
  • Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
  • A team player who thrives on helping others
