An exciting opportunity is available for a talented and driven Architectural Technician to join a well-established, expanding architectural practice in Northamptonshire. This role offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial projects within a collaborative, design-focused studio environment.

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and full construction packages.
• Assist in design development, ensuring practicality, buildability, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with project teams to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard.
• Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
• Carry out site surveys and attend site inspections as required.
• Keep current with building regulations, industry standards, and emerging best practices.

• Previous experience in an Architectural Technician role.
• Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, construction methods, and detailing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational abilities.
