Collaboratingwithinternationaldesignstudiosandworkinghands-onintheworkshop,youllplayakeyroleineverystageofdevelopment,fromprototypetoproduction. Upholstery Product Developer role :
Developandrefineprototypes,testing comfort,ergonomics,and durability. Source,test,andevaluateupholsterymaterials,foams,andfinishesthatmeetdesignandsustainabilitygoals. Carryoutupholsteryworkintheworkshopwhenneeded. Liaisewithsuppliers,manufacturers,andinternalteamstoensureprojectsrunsmoothlyfromsamplingthroughtoproduction. Continuouslyimproveexistingproductrangesandexplorenewopportunitiesforinnovation. About You Provenexperienceinupholsteryandpatterncutting. Strongknowledgeofupholsteryconstruction,foams,textilesandframes. Practical problem-solverwithahands-on,can-do attitude. Excellentcommunicationandorganisationalskills. Technicaldrawingor
CADskills(Solid Works,AutoCAD,orsimilar) desirable. Whatsonofferforthe Upholstery Product Developer :
Salary between £30,000-£35,000,withroomtogrow. 25daysholidayplusbankholidays. Companypensioncontribution.
