About the Role

What You'll Do

Build and optimise data pipelines using Databricks
Collaborate on data architecture and strategy
Deliver large-scale workflows for ingestion, transformation, and validation
Implement best practices for data quality and governance
Lead and coach a team of Data Engineers

What We're Looking For

Significant experience with Databricks (including Unity Catalog)
Strong skills in Python, Spark, SQL
Cloud expertise
Knowledge of pipeline tools (Airflow, ADF)
Leadership and problem-solving ability
