Engineering Team Leader
Commutable from Northampton, Northamptonshire
An excellent opportunity has arisen with an internationally recognised distribution business for an Engineering Team Leader.
As an engineering team leader you will be:- Responsible for overseeing the engineering team, delegating tasks, motivating, scheduling, training, etc.
- Working alongside engineering managers, attending meetings when required.
- Providing assistance to engineers to repair a range of mechanical and electrical components such as conveyors, motors, pumps, PLCs, etc.
- Leadership experience or similar role experience (Senior engineer, lead engineer, maintenance lead, engineering supervisor)
- Engineering qualification, level 3 or equivalent.
- Up to £55K basic salary.
