REVIT Technician

REVIT Technician £30,000 - £40,000  Company Benefits package  Progression Nottingham Are you a Revit Technician looking to join a respected building services consultancy known for delivering complex, high-impact MEP projects across the Midlands, while benefiting from strong support and long-term development opportunities? This UK engineering consultancy, with more than five decades of experience, delivers innovative building-services design and energy-efficient mechanical & electrical solutions across the public and private sectors.

Since its founding they have grown into a specialist in energy services, HVAC, electrical distribution, renewable technologies and low-carbon design, underpinned by a high-technical-expertise team of chartered engineers. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the engineering team by producing coordinated 3D models and detailed technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. You'll be involved throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, delivering accurate and fully integrated BIM outputs while upholding company standards.

Working closely with engineers and other disciplines, you'll help manage project information, contribute to the development of Revit workflows and best practices. BAsed in Nottingham this role is Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week. This role would suit a Revit Technician looking to develop their skills within a long-established engineering consultancy, offering structured progression and the chance to work on a variety of MEP projects.

The Role:

Create coordinated 3D Revit MEP models and technical AutoCAD drawings. Support engineers through all project stages with accurate BIM outputs. Collaborate with multiple disciplines to integrate design information. 5-hour working week.

The Person :
Experienced using Revit MEP in a building services environment. Good knowledge of BIM processes and coordination. Commutable to Nottingham. Reference: BBBH
