At Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains we offer a 2‑year Facilities Engineering (Electrical) programme that taps into your passion and determination, giving you a real opportunity to contribute to our success story.
The Facilities team supports the entire business, ensuring that site facilities deliver both minor and major electrical projects. From test‑cell infrastructure to energy‑generation projects such as solar power, we maintain state‑of‑the‑art technology centres that meet varying business needs.
As a Facilities Engineering Graduate you will experience the full project‑management process, including implementation of mechanical and electrical systems, civils, and controls. You will troubleshoot, propose, and deliver value‑added solutions under tight deadlines, utilising your design skills to amend or create electrical infrastructure drawings. You will own specific projects from planning through to completion and assist team members with data collection central to project delivery.

- 2:1 or above in a relevant degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering)
- Experience with AutoCAD 2D, mechanical/electrical/control fundamentals (training provided)
