We're expanding our engineering team and looking for a confident, customer-focused Communications Engineer to join us.

The Role As a Unified Communications & AV Installation Engineer, you'll survey, install and configure cloud-hosted VoIP and meeting-room systems, including Gamma Horizon, 8x8, and Yealink Teams Room solutions. This is a field-based, customer-facing role where professionalism, technical expertise and clear communication are key.

Key Responsibilities Install and configure VoIP platforms and Teams Room systems Deliver on-site customer surveys and documentation Configure contact centre features (IVRs, agents, wallboards) Provide end-user training Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues Represent our client on customer sites, ensuring an exceptional experience What You'll Bring 3 years' experience in UC/telecoms installations Hands-on experience with Gamma Horizon and/or 8x8 Knowledge of Teams Room systems (preferably Yealink) Understanding of networking (VLANs, PoE, IP provisioning) Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Benefits Profit share scheme 22 days holiday  birthday off (rising to 25 days in year
