About

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced event professional — or a graduate with transferable skills — to play a hands‑on role in planning, coordinating, and delivering event operations for some of the UK's biggest live events.

You’ll support the delivery of projects from planning through to onsite execution, working with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of event operations across multiple live events and venues.
  • Coordinate logistics, staffing, and equipment to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control for assigned projects.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date event documentation, ensuring operational information is accurate and accessible.
  • Provide on‑site event management support, leading teams during build, live, and break phases.
  • Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to train, mentor, and support event staff.
  • Produce post‑event reports and debriefs to identify learnings and improvements.
About You
  • Enthusiastic about the events industry, with a willingness to work flexibly during busy periods.
  • A recent graduate in Event Management or a professional with 2–3 years’ experience in live event delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Strong communicator and problem solver who thrives under pressure.
  • A proactive team player with a can‑do attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to Crick and event sites as needed.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and available for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays during event periods.
