Morgan McKinley is proud to be partnering with a UK‑based business to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. In this newly created role, you will build strong relationships with the operating business, support the forecasting and long‑term planning cycles, and deliver insightful financial modelling as the business continues its expansion.

Role
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance, you will prepare, develop, and analyse key financial information to support decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group forecasting and long‑term planning processes
• Build and maintain the financial models
• Build a strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind the business’ performance
• Analyse business performance and model ad‑hoc scenarios
• Collaborate with local teams to share knowledge across and challenge on KPIs
• Support the Head of Commercial Finance on ad‑hoc projects and insights

Profile

• Essentially qualified as an accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Strong communication skills – able to push back and support stakeholders
• High degree of commercial acumen
• Strong ERP and Excel skills
• Able to work within tight deadlines
• Results‑oriented, with a desire to succeed

Salary & Benefits
The role has a base salary range of £60,000 – £65,000 plus benefits.
