Key Accountabilities

• Drive delivery through close collaboration with Technology and Finance colleagues

• Be proficient in Data analysis techniques being able to review and summarise large volumes of data.

• Provide subject matter expertise on Customer source systems, Data warehouse applications, Master Data and Hierarchy management,

• Work across work streams ensuring full delivery within tough driven timelines

• Analyse AS-IS process and system, present findings and recommendations for required change to sponsor/stakeholder for approval

• Build solutions identifying innovative and pragmatic implementable ideas

• Lead the implementation of solution into the operational environment including preparation of user documentation

• Provide post implementation support to financial stakeholders and users ensuring change is implemented successfully in the line teams.

• Expert user of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio

• Excellent communication skills

Desirable skills/

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of banking services and products;

• Knowledge and understanding of risks, controls, risk management tools and methodologies.
