Butler Rose is partnering with an award-winning, well-established, forward-thinking accountancy practice recently named Large Firm of the Year at the 2025 Xero Awards, to recruit a Private Client Tax Manager to join their team, supporting a diverse portfolio of private clients across multiple sectors.

• Oversee the personal tax compliance process, including drafting and reviewing Self-Assessment tax returns.
• Provide tailored personal tax planning advice on areas such as income structuring, capital gains, inheritance tax, and residency matters.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to deliver joined-up, comprehensive client solutions.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and key point of contact.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and professional growth.

• ACA, ACCA, CTA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in personal tax advisory and compliance work.
• Solid technical understanding of UK personal tax legislation.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Capable of handling multiple deadlines and prioritising work effectively.
