Location: Northampton, West Northamptonshire
Job Type: Flexible | Permanent
Salary: £14/hour + Pension scheme
Hours: 07:00 am – 10:00 pm (Mon–Sun, must work alternate weekends)

Key Responsibilities- Support clients in their own homes and within the community.
- Enable clients to remain independent and enhance their quality of life.
- Provide personal care, including assistance with hygiene and mobility.
- Prepare meals and ensure clients maintain healthy nutrition and hydration.
- Use moving and handling equipment safely and correctly.
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light domestic duties and household tasks.
- Engage clients in enjoyable and meaningful activities.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge or interest in working with children, young people, elderly, or vulnerable adults.
- Reliable, patient, and committed to high-quality care.
- Competitive hourly rate — £14/hour.
- Full mandatory training and shadowing provided.
