Service Coordinator A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Cheshire. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. Purpose of the role To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos. Please see the job description for more information.
