SAP Success Factors - Senior Implementation Specialist

• Remote 12+ month contract outside IR35 - must be UK based.
• Multi-module SAP Success Factors rollout across European region
• Logistics company experience preferred.

The SAP Success Factors Implementation Specialist will configure, test, and deploy Success Factors modules for a major HRIS transformation programme. This role is hands‑on and responsible for delivering high‑quality configuration across Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, and/or Payroll, depending on expertise.

• Perform detailed configuration of Success Factors modules (EC required; Recruiting/Onboarding/ECP desirable)
• Build business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, templates, and forms
• Support integrations with third-party systems (T&A, payroll, background checks, finance)

• SEX conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), resolve defects, and ensure quality deployment
