We're looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to manage a full 360 desk, handling both temporary and permanent placements. You'll be responsible for winning new business, placing candidates, and building long-term client relationships.

• Full 360 recruitment across industrial roles (temp & perm)
• Proactively generating new business through sales and networking
• Managing and growing existing client relationships
• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates efficiently
• Negotiating fees, terms, and contracts
• Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
• Taking ownership of your desk with a “get it done” attitude

This is a role for someone ambitious, results-focused, and ready to run their own desk and grow their career.

• Experienced in recruitment (industrial sector experience preferred)
• Confident in sales, client negotiation, and business development
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Able to work under pressure while managing a busy desk
• Ambitious, with a desire for career progression and the opportunity to run your own desk

• Up to £35,000 basic salary (DOE)
