Our client in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their team.
Working Hours£12.50 per hour until 19:00, increasing to £15.21 per hour after 19:00.
Requirements- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during peak times
- High attention to detail, as you will be managing KPIs independently
- Willingness to perform manual handling and physical movement tasks
- Availability for a holiday block from the last week of November
- Willingness to undergo a basic disclosure check
- Ability to provide references covering the last five years with no gaps
This role requires a candidate who can work at a high standard under pressure, with a strong focus on accuracy and speed. The KPI performance is critical for the client, so the right fit is essential.
