Cleaning and Waste Operative

Overview

Salary: £13.35 / hour;

Hours:

35 hours/ week;
Shift Pattern: 10pm to 6am (weekends on / 2 off).

Contract:

Fixed Term 3 months. In your new role as a Cleaning and Waste Operative, you'll be working within a warehouse environment as part of our cleaning and waste team.

• General cleaning and tidying of all areas within the warehouse including washrooms and canteens.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials, and cleaning products.
• Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• React quickly to call-outs from the client and comply with all Health & Safety legislation and policies (all training will be provided).
• Manage waste disposal.

The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach to the role and comfortable working as part of a team. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Candidates will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure Check and may need to undertake a drug and alcohol screening test.
