This role is for the leased and tenanted pubs of the company. Experience in Leased and Tenanted (L+T) is preferable.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 20 pubs, a mix of wet and food‑led sites.

The purpose of the role is to grow and maintain strong business relationships across the area, maximizing profitability for both the company and the operator. BDMs should use commercial acumen and influencing skills to achieve budgeted profit targets and drive high performance by recruiting strong calibre Community Heros to operate their pubs.

Essential requirements: multi‑site experience, full UK driving licence.

• Develop, implement and maintain a clear operational plan for every pub, delivering a budget focused on five key performance areas.
• Drive income and sales.
• Maximise review through strong cash and stock controls.
• Minimise cost pressures with the company through a VFM culture.
• Develop a growth CAPEX plan with strong returns.
• Deliver a community action plan within every pub.
