As the Commercial Manager, you will be:

Overseeing, assessing, and certifying monthly contractor payment applications and invoice approvals.
Managing retention monies and ensuring payments are in line with contractual agreements.
Driving operational efficiencies, ensuring value for money across repairs.
Monitoring performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, operational productivity, and commercial performance.
Collaborating with internal teams and contractors to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes.
We'd love to speak to anyone who has:

A background in Quantity Surveying (QS) or a related field, with strong experience in contract management, payment applications, and retention processes.
Knowledge of managing repairs and maintenance services, ideally within the housing or construction sectors.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and driving efficiencies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in managing repairs or construction contracts within the housing sector.
