As the Estimating Supervisor for Commercial, you will be the driving force behind the success and efficiency of our estimating function. If you have a passion for mentoring, driving process improvements, and ensuring exceptional accuracy in large‑scale commercial projects, we want to hear from you!

• Oversee daily activities, setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular one‑to‑ones, and managing team workload to meet stringent deadlines.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and technical training to develop the team's expertise in commercial sector estimating.
• Develop and continuously improve estimating processes, templates, and best practices to enhance overall efficiency, consistency, and accuracy across all commercial quotations.
• Efficiently allocate tasks and resources, skillfully balancing competing priorities and deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality quotations for complex commercial projects.
• Act as the key point of contact for commercial sales, operations, and procurement teams regarding estimating matters.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in preparing comprehensive and competitive tenders for large‑scale contracts, including detailed cost breakdowns and value engineering.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate, train, and develop technical estimating staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous professional growth.
• Proven ability to effectively engage stakeholders. Excellent at establishing and nurturing professional relationships with both internal and external parties.
