Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our technical services team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with QSHE standards across our high-profile client sites. You will manage complex projects, drive energy efficiency initiatives, and oversee financial performance while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Youll take ownership of energy management initiatives to reduce consumption and drive cost efficiencies.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance and prioritize reactive tasks.
- Manage complex projects to completion on time and within budget in line with CDM and SHE regulations.
- Responsible for the commercial performance of the contract, including P&L management, vendor relationships, and accurate monthly reporting.
- Develop and motivate your team to achieve strategic objectives while building strong client relationships and representing the business at regular performance meetings.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role within the FM Industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, CAFM, and Navision systems.
- Professional FM or business qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of mobile hard services and SFG
20 standards (desirable). - Valid UK Driving license with access to personal vehicle.
