This full‑time, on‑site Technical Manager position is located in Earls Barton. The role involves overseeing technical operations, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, leading project management activities, and engaging in research and development (R&D) to enhance production processes. The position requires hands‑on involvement in operational improvements and working collaboratively with various departments to meet company objectives.

• Proficiency in Team Management, including the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members effectively.
• Strong Technical Support skills to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve production processes.
• Proven ability in Project Management and Analytical Skills to oversee and execute operational plans and ensure quality standards.
• Fluency in Polish is essential for effective communication and engagement with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in the bakery or food production industry is an advantage.
• Relevant technical or managerial qualifications are a plus.
