We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Operative to join our client's dynamic production team. As a key player in their assembly department, you will contribute to the production of high-quality products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Assembly & Production:
  Build components and sub-assemblies into finished products following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Tools & Equipment:
  Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery (full training provided).
• Quality Control:
  Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Read and interpret assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Team Support:
  Assist other departments when required to meet business needs.
• Workplace Efficiency:
  Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

• Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing machine operating.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment confidently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
