We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Trainee Hinge Joint Operator to join a well-established company in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and are keen to contribute to a growing business. You'll be reporting directly to the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Operate within the warehouse using machinery.
- Heavy lifting up to 500kg with machinery and complete paperwork as and when required.
- Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to think on their feet.
- £15.13 per hour
- Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:00
