Action Recruitment is recruiting for a skilled Toolmaker to join a respected engineering company in Wellingborough. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced professional with knowledge of plastic injection moulding.

• Assembly of plastic injection moulding tools
• Use of conventional machines including milling, lathe, surface grinding, and hand tools
• Bed out tooling and polishing to high standards
• Work from engineering drawings to produce and maintain precision tooling
• Support production by ensuring tools are accurate, reliable, and ready for use

• Proven experience as a Toolmaker
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes
• Skilled in conventional machining and toolroom practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Permanent, full-time role (39 hours per week, day shift)
• Competitive hourly rate £16.50 - £18.50 depending on experience
