We’re supporting a high-performance engineering programme seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join a fast-paced, precision-led manufacturing environment producing safety-critical composite components.

This role suits someone comfortable working to exacting standards, tight build schedules, and demanding quality requirements.

• Carry out lay-up, bagging, trimming, bonding, and preparation in line with engineering drawings and build instructions
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Support high-output build phases and respond effectively to changing priorities

• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within motor sport/F1, aerospace, or high-end composites manufacturing
• Strong understanding of composite materials, processes, and tooling
• Excellent attention to detail with a right-first-time mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit production team
• Comfortable working under pressure to meet build and delivery targets
