The Company For over 60 years, this business has been constantly evolving their product portfolio to meet the demands and ever-changing needs for some of the worlds largest industries. From the design of their first ever product, the business has sustained manufacturing excellence, setting the industry standard. Today they operate from a purpose built, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where they routinely design and develop system solutions for bespoke applications.

Due to an increasing volume of sales, they now need to expand and strengthen their Engineering department with the hire of an experienced CNC Turner / Miller. CNC Turner / Miller Salary, Benefits and Hours Salary £40,000 - £42,000 39 hours per week;
Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm & Friday 7.30am-12.30pm 25 days holiday, plus statutory Excellent 10% employer pension Other benefits include: death in service, income protection benefits and health insurance, together with a non-contractual annual profit share bonus Commutable From:
Northampton, Long Buckby, Leicester, Coventry, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Banbury CNC Turner / Miller Essential Candidate Experience Proven experience of both Manual and CNC Turning or Milling. Must be Time Served / Apprentice Trained (or equivalent). Must be able to Program, not just Operate the business write their own programs. Experience working on one-off high precision components. Knowledge of either Fanuc, Siemens or XYZ controls.

CNC Turner / Miller

Key Responsibilities The CNC Turner / Miller will focus on one-offs and small batches of complex precision machined components from various aerospace grade materials. Setting, programming, operating milling or turning machines Reading engineering drawings. Accurately inspecting and measuring components using various inspection equipment.
