Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

* Deliver outstanding food service across retail, restaurant, and hospitality settings

* Support senior chefs with catering planning and execution, ensuring compliance with HACCP and COSHH

* Contribute to menu development and quality improvements

* Hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate and a full, clean UK driving licence

* Proven experience in high-volume catering or private dining environments

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

* Organised, efficient, and passionate about delivering exceptional food and service
