A busy country pub in Northamptonshire is looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and manage kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fresh-food kitchen, confidence in running busy services, and strong people skills. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, training junior chefs, and overseeing stock management. This role is offered with a salary of £36,000 plus tronc options, and contracted hours are 48 per week.
