A busy country pub in Northamptonshire is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead daily kitchen operations. You will run busy services, manage stock and waste, and train junior chefs while maintaining high food safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience in a fresh food kitchen, strong leadership skills, and a focus on team culture.
The role offers a salary of £36,000 plus tips, with the option for contracted hours of 48 per week.
