Howden – Consumer & Local Commercial team, UK.

We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. The role involves building rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MD/CEO of large organisations, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

• Experience winning new business and building long‑lasting relationships with B2B clients.
• A passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking and client meetings.
• Tenacious and business‑curious, able to identify and explore new opportunities.
• Willing to learn, adaptable to daily change and eager to progress career.
• Consultative, with the ability to question effectively, actively listen and fully understand client requirements.
• Ability to advise on products and solutions, identifying opportunities and seeking a path to yes.
