Poised for significant growth in 2026, we are looking for a dynamic "Senior Business Development Manager" to embrace our obsession with customer acquisition and help deliver the next chapter in the Guru Technology story. You will take responsibility for bringing on new business with our hosted and broadband portfolio of products.
Responsibilities- Sell Mobile, Hosted & Connectivity products consistently for 5+ years
- Be responsible for managing your pipeline and using a CRM package
- Generate appointments through referrals
- Book own leads from warm data on our CRM
- Sit appointments booked for them from our Telesales team (our telesales team is new)
- Deliver on performance in line with your KPI's
- Identify, cross‑sell and up‑sell other products in our portfolio
- Present your business on a weekly basis to management
- Results driven, always striving for more

- A tenacious attitude with a desire to deliver over and above the customers' expectations
- Animated personality, who engages third parties in a professional and proficient manner
- Provide confident advice to customers
- Business acumen with a keen eye for development opportunities, skilled at time management and workload prioritisation
- Minimum 5 years sales experience of selling mobile, connectivity & hosted phone systems in telecoms in a new business capacity (not account management). For example systems like 8x8, Gamma, Callswitch etc.
- Full driving licence – No more than 3 points
- Salary of between £45,000 to £50,000 PY experience dependent and quality of product demonstrations
- Car allowance included – £4,000 per annum
- 21 days annual leave (+ Public Bank Holidays)
