Job Overview
Counterbalance Driver Wanted! Join our team at a leading packaging company in Corby (NN17). This role involves moving stock around the warehouse, picking stock using a forklift truck, and loading/unloading lorries, moving material to and from conveyors.
Shift & Pay- Shift: Monday‑Friday 6am‑2pm / 2pm‑10pm (weekly rotating)
- Pay Rate:
Days £12.50‑£14.18 (dependent on experience) +20% uplift on afternoon shift
- Move stock around the warehouse
- Pick stock using the forklift truck
- Load and unload lorries
- Move material to and from conveyors
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (either accredited or in‑house)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
Temporary to permanent after 12 successful weeks.
