Night Transport Operations Controller

We are looking for two detail‑oriented, proactive Night Transport Operations Controllers to join our team and ensure seamless operations during the night shift.

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 19:00 – 07:00

• Manage and monitor night shift activities for transport and warehouse departments.
• Supervise night shift staff, ensuring they are trained and compliant with policies.
• Coordinate movement of goods, deliveries, and pickups.
• Act as first point of contact for operational issues or emergencies.
• Monitor fleet performance and ensure safety compliance.
• Report vehicle issues or accidents to relevant departments.
• Track and assess performance using KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide detailed reports on operations, performance, and incidents.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain security of goods, vehicles, and premises.

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or transport management, preferably in a night shift or operations controller role.
• Proficiency in logistics software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of transport, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
