We are seeking an Audit and Assurance Manager, based in any of our office locations, who is passionate about working in French and serving Francophone clients.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinating, planning, and overseeing assurance engagements with assurance partners and senior staff
• Reviewing assurance files
• Managing project financials, including budgets, WIP, and billing
• Mentoring and developing assurance and audit staff
• Leading professional development initiatives
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Identifying new sales opportunities
• Improving practice efficiencies
• Performing related accounting functions

Qualifications:

• CPA designation with 3-5 years of public practice experience
• Experience with diverse clientele
• Strong technical accounting and assurance skills
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Project management skills with multitasking ability
• Bilingual in French and English is required
